Cyber Security and
Human Rights
Greetings!
Our journey in Cyber Space has begun today with twenty five thousand participants around the globe. It is very much exciting for me to know about that virtual world which hounds me always and where I was too frightened to tell my name some years ago. : )
Well I am here now. I am doing two other courses as well from this iversity platform and I am very much enforced by myself to create a blog and share those healthy activities. But still there is something which hounds me and one reason behind studying this course is overcome my insecurities.
Have a safe and enjoyable trip to Cyber Space. : )

Greeting to all of you in this virtual class of cyber space!
I value both equally the freedom of expression and the protection of personal data on the Internet. Because without the protection of my personal data how come I express myself freely, they are overlapping mediums.
I am giving my personal example that I was afraid of telling my name on the internet a few years ago. It took me long to make myself comfortable with this cyber world. I still do not chat online, I don't have facebook or twitter accounts just because of personal security. Plus this cyber space is the most misused medium of communication.
But there is something positive as well that I have started my blog to share my creative works of other iversity courses. But still I am not satisfied, there are some insecurities inside me and that is I feel there is no freedom of expression for me.
This post has been done for the +iversity for the course +Public Privacy: Cyber Security and Human Rights instructed by Prof. Dr. +Anja Mihr.
