Design 045/101 Homework
Time Capsule in Pittsburgh, US

Question of the day: Can we trap time into space?

Greetings from The Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh. Boxes everywhere… The 3 boxes we have on our postcard are made from pictures of Andy Warhol's Factory. Along the years, Andy made over 600 time capsules.

"Regardless of mr Jarvis’ opinion, today we will make our tiny (or big, if you feel ambitious) box. Not only. Once the box has been made, you will have to find a place where to hide it.
To be opened on the 31st of December 2038."
Letter says.

Homework no. 45: Today, you will make a time-capsule. It is a process in seven steps.

I love jewelry. So most of the items belong to this category.
1990 story calender; sea shells, pistachio shells, stones, broken button of my old pillow cover; a gold earring i have lost the other one; bracelate; broken edge of the paper made bowl; my old telephone diary; my hair stick; broken necklace of ivory; mp4 radio-cum-recorder and I have done my MA research with the help of it; USB having my photographs; my first service card; library issue slips; patient slip when I went for medical checkup after getting the PhD scholarship; my university card; my favorite jasmine scent.

Memories burying under the jasmine bush.

What will I learn today? To have death as an ingredient in your projects.

This is my old leather vanity case.
Memories burying deep down near the aromatic roots of a jasmine bush in my garden.

"One day more, one day less."
