Carnet de Voyage 016/101 Homework

Today, we are in Roquebrune, France. Last week we have done different exercises to explore our "selves". This week Captain Designer will discus something about notebooks.
We use notebooks to record our reflections, emotions, thoughts, drawings etcetera etcetera. Notebooks are the tools to record time, and when you want to peep in the past your notebook will be there for you.

words, words, words.

Remember the task we did on Saturday. The picture above is my precious notebook which my father presented me when I was in school. It not only bears the inscriptions rather a deep history is attached to it. I have never ever liked any other notebook than this.
I love spiral bound, slim, simple notebooks having A5 good quality pages. These notebooks are easy to handle, and their small size makes me comfortable to record items in small chunks.  Currently I am using two note books; the first one is my "word bank", I record all the words, idioms and phrases which I found in magazines, newspapers, books or in everyday conversations. I have pasted different colors of bookmarks to mark the alphabets. The second one I use for my daily reflections and for the notes I made for the course Design 1o1 and the Future of Storytelling. You can see its size, it is slightly thick than the green. It is because the smaller one is my mini dictionary while the green is for recording daily thoughts and other information.

This is the book I found on the internet. It is according to my taste; elegant and simple.

P.S.
This assignment is done for the +iversity course +Design 101 instructed by +Stefano Mirti.
